Once owned by the Gald family before the Fellhorn clan conquered Galdveldt, it is one of the few remaining properties from those days. The king of Galdveldt used the mansion as a personal retreat. The mansion features a large office with library and throne, and many rooms for personnel.
When Karven became duke of Galdveldt, the mansion was selected as his primary office and home. The mansion filled that role for Agrim and Gjorvald as well.
Era I, chapter 74 : While at work, Gjorvald learns of Agrim's death, making him the new duke of Galdveldt.
Era I, chapter 92 : Outside the mansion, Gethin delivers the armours he stole from the killed light-bringers.
Era I, chapter 97 : A number of applicants, including Vardissa, are interviewed by lord Tarik.
Era I, chapter 98 : Vardissa returns to the mansion, where she meets Elfrun and is told about her job.
Era I, chapter 103 : Elfrun and Vardissa wonder if they can influence messages sent to Gethin.
Era I, chapter 107 : Tarik shows some of his finds, but Elfrun and Vardissa see more than he intended to share.
Era I, chapter 112 : Unnhild reports what her scouts found, then is told she is to oversee another project.
Era I, chapter 141 : At the mansion, Elfrun and Vardissa prepare to flee their long-time place of work.
